Deep Instinct Extends Protection Security Layers Across Devices with macOS Support

Deep Instinct, the first company to apply deep learning to cybersecurity, today announced the release of Version 2.2 with new product capabilities such as the first macOS solution in the industry to use a deep learning based model, advanced endpoint protection features based on deep learning supporting multi-tenancy infrastructures for managed security service providers (MSSPs) and additional value-added threat intelligence services. With these enhancements, customers benefit from an omni-cybersecurity platform that can prevent, detect and respond to any threat – known and unknown – on any device type, with any OS whether the device is online or offline.

With the release of Version 2.2, Deep Instinct is adding several protection layers to deliver a complete cycle of protection for enterprises. New product capabilities include:

  • Multi-tenancy – Provides MSSPs and multi-brand enterprises with the capabilities to manage all entities from the same instance and management console. With this new feature, MSSPs and multi-brand enterprises can service more entities efficiently while always keeping security top of mind.

  • Deep learning support for macOS – An industry first, this support extends deep learning’s accuracy and predictive capabilities to protect macOS to ensure all operating systems and devices within an organization are secure.

  • Threat Intelligence Services – Automated, periodical threat intelligence reports generated by Deep Instinct’s intelligence team that provide customers with information surrounding events such as ransomware and malware that were prevented. This provides real-time reporting for the most up-to-date threat intelligence.

  • VDI support – VDI support for Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp.

“As the first company to provide deep learning capabilities to cybersecurity, we are well-positioned to arm our customers with the tools they need to combat future threats,” said Guy Caspi, CEO of Deep Instinct. “With this most recent product release, we are adding even more protection and predictive features to an already advanced omni-platform to be the most sophisticated deep learning solution.”
